This is your first step toward using Chiro Connect.

Let's ensure every detail is perfect for your personalized emails:

Laptop Writing

This is the name your patients will see in their inbox. Typically, this will be the doctor's name. For practices with multiple doctors, it's best to use your practice's name.

This is the email address you'll use to send your emails. For better deliverability, use an address from a trusted domain, such as your practice's website. Avoid using free email services like Gmail and Yahoo for business marketing.

Please specify the three services or treatments you aim to promote most prominently through your email communications. This helps us tailor content to attract patients seeking these specific services.

A brief description of the patient demographics or characteristics you aim to attract.

Details of any ongoing discounts or special services you'd like to feature.

Send us your files!

Last thing, we need three files to personalize your email templates.

Please send the following to team@getchiroconnect.com.

  1. Photo of You – Send a photo that we can use to showcase you or your staff. 
     

  2. Practice Logo – Send us what you have.
     

  3. Your Patient List – Export a CSV file from your EHR. Include Full Name and Email Address.
